Payment Terms

To be paid in 8 installments:
a.	On booking - 30% of the total cost + taxes
b.	On completion of foundation - 10% of the total cost + taxes
c.	On completion of 4th floor slab - 10% of the total cost + taxes
d.	On completion of 8th floor slab - 10% of the total cost + taxes
e.	On completion of 13th floor slab - 10% of the total cost + taxes
f.	On completion of 16th floor slab - 10% of the total cost + taxes
g.	On completion of 19th floor slab - 15% of the total cost + taxes
h.	On handing over the apartment - 5% of the total cost + taxes + other charges & deposits.

All payments should be by crossed Demand Drafts or Account Payee Local Cheques payable at Ernakulam in favour of M/s Souparnika Periyar Theeram.
